In the world of real estate, you have to constantly contact as many people as you possibly can to grow your business. Make those calls, go to those networking events, but most importantly create those videos! Videos consistently have the highest response rate from people and businesses, and the algorithm favors that which gets responses.

But the percentage of the people who respond to video is outrageous right now, and this is what I tell my team. So if you know the world of real estate, there are so many different ways you can get business. Maybe you can do a mass mailer to a subdivision, but you're gonna sit by your phone and hope that rings at some point, right? There's all kinds of things. You can drop off business card places, you can go to a networking event, you can do all these things. If I was sitting waiting on that call, I would starve to death. And so what we tell our team is like right now, real estate is a contact sport, so it's as much contacting as you can do as quickly as possible. Video delivers that really quick, very intense, gets people to respond, gets people to engage. Everything else is just so slow and honestly outdated. And so when we think about what works the best carousel, like the algorithm does like them, but a lot of the other stuff, unless you really nail it just it doesn't perform as well online. So you're just slowing your results.
