Contest Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: All current and new Crossgate Realty Media (CRM) agents are eligible to receive the prizes.
Contest Period: Starting June 13th & ending on midnight August 15th.
Entry Procedure: Simply share the link www.crossgaterealtymedia.com/referral to agents that are not yet using CRM. Although anyone may register for an account with CRM, only real estate agents who have not yet used CRM will count as a valid referral.
Free Photo Shoot: Only real estate agents who have not yet used CRM are eligible for a free 25 photo package for their first listing with us. If they choose to upgrade to another photo package, the value of the 25 photos ($182) will be deducted from the order total.
Selection of Winner: Weekly winners will be selected every Friday starting on June 21st. Grand prize winners (2) will be selected on August 16th. All winners will be randomly selected from the total number of entries during the contest period. Each valid referral increases the chance of winning.
Prizes: A weekly drawing will be held for a 30 second reel ($105 value) - 8 of these will be given away weekly starting on August 16th. The grand prizes: 1) A 3 night stay at Shangrila Views. Valid for any available Monday - Thursday stay from August 19, 2024 to February 28, 2025. Holidays are excluded. 2) A 2 minute promotional video recorded and edited by our Crossgate team.
Notification of Winners: Winners will be announced by email every Friday with grand prize winners announced on August 16th.
