Short-Term Rental Photo Pricing

The services and pricing below apply to short term rentals in East Tennessee, Western North Carolina, and Upstate South Carolina.

Additionally, each package includes complimentary staging to provide your guests the ability to “see” themselves enjoying every minute of their stay! This includes staging pool table/game room, kitchen, formal dining table, hot tub & pool area.

Photos of resort amenities $20 per image (please specify which amenities when booking a session).

Although you’re welcome to select any photo package - the number of photos suggested is based on how many bedrooms your vacation rental has. See suggestions below.

  • Your vacation rental photographs will be delivered to you within 48 hours via a google drive link.

  • We recommend scheduling the shoot just after you’ve set up, staged, and had a deep clean of the property.

    All our shoots occur Tuesday - Thursday to accommodate the typical busy weekend for most properties.
