Les Walden - Being A Leader - A Snippet from Elevate: A Podcast For Driven Real Estate Agents - Episode 2

Watch the Snippet Here:

A leader or boss plays many important roles in their business, but one thing they have to do well is provide a clear and concise end goal. Les Walden:

My job as a leader is to paint a picture that's clear enough that you know where you're going. A hundred percent. I don't have to tell you how to get there. Right, Right. It's just like with your GPS for your car. All I've gotta do is give you the address. I don't have to give you turn by turn instructions. Huh? So if I can give you an address, which is a pretty clear picture, right? Yeah. You know Exactly. You can get there. Yeah. So with a VA or any other employee you have, whether they're on site or not, you've got to be as a leader, able to paint a clear enough picture that they know where they're going, and then back up and let 'em go, because chances are they're better at it than you are.
