It is much easier to sell a listing if the property is clean and ready. If the overall visual experience is great, and the buyer can basically tour the home without having to ever step foot inside, that will pre-qualify the buyer before any talks begin. Not to mention it helps to achieve that wow factor!

I'm sure most agents could tell you right now, they sold properties site unseen. Right, Right. But did you have 10 offers site unseen? Right. Right. And we did. We had opportunities like that for our sellers. Now, the market was not normal. It was not normal, but we were getting more success, having more success selling our properties for more than the other agents by one, getting them ready. Two, having this visual experience, it was very simple for us especially if it was our buyer as well. Somebody would come to us and say, Well, I just wanna see this one. Right. But they were already so interested in the property and you earn a reputation over time.
