First thing I tell people when they want to get into real estate, I say, Be prepared to not get a paycheck for six months. Yeah. Even if you're good. Do you have six months of wealth saved up to live like you're living right now? Comfortably. Next is make sure that you hang your license with a brokerage that is going to give you immediate value. And that doesn't mean a greater split, right? Are they gonna teach you how to fish right in your cell phone? There's a deal in the next 180 days. Is the brokerage you join gonna teach you those things? Are they gonna add value to your career the moment you start? And then last but not least, I just ask him, I say, You got quitting in your blood Because if you got quitting in your blood, this shit ain't for you because you don't really see dividends in terms of financial comfort until you've been doing it for a few years and running hard.
